Jordan R. Pavlus Settles Seven Figure Arbitration Proceeding

Jordan R. Pavlus recently settled an arbitration proceeding with claims in excess of seven figures.  The matter involved claims for extras, obstruction, delay, defective design documents, liquidated damages, scheduling and coordination issues, and many other issues common in construction law cases.

The parties mediated the matter just prior to the commencement of a multi-week arbitration proceeding.  After many hours of intense negotiations, the parties reached an agreement at approximately 7:00 p.m. on a Friday evening.  The settlement resulted in a significant recovery for the client.
