Jordan R. Pavlus Obtains Full Payment for a Client on the Eve of Foreclosure Sales
Jordan R. Pavlus recently obtained full payment for a client just prior to the public auction dates for two mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions. The property owner provided full payment in the form of guaranteed funds in exchange for the discontinuance of the scheduled foreclosure auctions.
