Jordan R. Pavlus Obtains Arbitration Award On Behalf Of Subcontractor

Jordan R. Pavlus recently obtained a six figure arbitration award on behalf of a subcontractor in a multi-week arbitration proceeding administered by the American Arbitration Association.

The dispute centered on costs incurred by the subcontractor due to an acceleration of the work.  The general contractor claimed delay damages and also damages for corrective work.

The general contractor filed a motion to vacate the arbitration award, but it was  confirmed and enforced via a special proceeding in the Onondaga County Supreme Court.
