Byrne, Costello & Pickard, P.C. Complaint Published In Bender’s Forms Directory

Byrne, Costello & Pickard, P.C. recently had a complaint published in Bender’s form directory.  The complaint was successfully utilized to obtain summary judgment against a surety on a State Finance Law section 137 bond action and it will now serve as a template for practitioners throughout New York State.

The complaint was drafted for the matter of Erie Materials, Inc. v. Universal Group of New York, Inc., et al, and Colonial Surety Company, 101 A.D.3d 1529 (3rd Dept. 2012).
